Nutrition is Medicine. Over four sessions you will explore and transform the way you eat with a focused, supportive program designed to help you understand how food impacts your body—especially your lymphatic health.
This course is about more than just nutritional changes; it’s about addressing and understanding the importance of how food choices can and do impact your inner and outer health, inflammation, and more.

This flexible, one-on-one session is available anytime for clients who have completed one of the courses for when you need a reset, so you can continue thriving on your wellness journey.
NB: For clients based in the US/Canada, for insurance reasons I am currently unable to provide my services. However, please reach out to me in any case.
